  • Step 1: Complete/Submit the LH World Travel Trip Design Request form. This form can be found on the website or in the in LH World Traveler Portal.

    • Add the details of the trip you want planned and designed.

    • Select your Travel Designer you want to work with.

    • Select a time to meet with your Travel Designer through the calendar link.

    Step 2: Submit the REQUIRED LH World Travel forms.

    • Profile-New LH World Travelers ONLY. If you have traveled with LHWT previously, you can update your profile if applicable.

    • Waiver

    • Payment Authorization form

    Step 3: Your Travel Designer will meet with you via phone, video call or in person, based on the date and time you scheduled during your initial trip design request.

    Step 4: Your Travel Designer will create a digital proposal with options, destination information and send it to you for approval.

    Step 5: You will review the options, make selections. Your Travel Designer will make reservations based on your selections/approvals and finalize the digital itinerary and prepare your hard copy travel documents.

    Step 6: Travel and enjoy your amazing trip planned and designed by your Travel Designer.

  • Yes, LH World Travel Designers are certified with cruise lines, hotel chains, tour providers, destination visitor bureaus, and destination management companies.

    LH World Travel Designers maintain annual certifications and attend training provided by the leading travel and tourism industry suppliers.

  • LH World Travel Designers are different from Travel Agents, for several reasons.

    1. Travelers will NEVER pay a fee directly to to your LH World Travel Designer for their services.

    2. LH World Travel Designers handle all the details from start to finish regarding a trip. LH World Travel is NOT a call center. Travelers will receive personalized and ongoing communication from their designated Travel Designer.

    3. LH World Travel Designers will provide the primary travelers with a digital itinerary link and hard copy travel documents (if time permits, based on the booking/reservation window).

    4. LH World Travel Designers are professional, work to save you money, while planning and designing a custom experience.

    5. Travelers select the Travel Designer to work with or are assigned a specific Travel Designer if there is no preference. Travelers communicate directly with their Travel Designer throughout the process.

    6. LH World Travel is a independently owned and operated Travel Design company. We strive to provide you the best quality service and experience. Your feedback is valued and appreciated. We design travel the way we personally like to travel.

  • There are several ways to communicate with LH World Travel or a specific LH World Travel Designer.

    1. Submit a Travel Design Request through the LH World Travel website.

    2. Email the Travel Designer directly. Travel Designers will respond within 24-48 hours.

    3. Call/WhatsApp the Travel Designer.

    4. Communicate via social media including Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.

  • In order to plan and design the perfect trip experience for travelers the following forms are required to be on file.

    1. LH World Travel Profile- This is NOT trip specific and is submitted once and updated as needed.

    2. LH World Travel Waiver- This form is trip specific and provides important information and advisories regarding your destination.

    3. Payment Authorization- This form is trip specific and MUST be submitted for every trip. Since each trip has different destinations, vendors, tour providers, a payment authorization must be on file in order for a Travel Designer to make any bookings/reservations on a traveler’s behalf. You will never be charged for a service without authorization and you will always receive a receipt via email or attached to the digital itinerary.

    The REQUIRED LH World Travel forms can be accessed through the LH World Travel website. Contact your Travel Designer for the form access passcode.

  • Yes, LH World Travel takes data security seriously and takes extra steps to ensure that your data is secure. The information you provide will only be used to plan and design travel experiences that you request.

    LH World Travel will never sell your information to a 3rd party.
