Contact your Travel Designer to schedule a meeting anytime throughout the trip design process or to discuss a new trip.
A traveler profile is completed one time and updated if needed. The profile shares your travel preferences and information needed to make reservations (Ex: contact information, hotel brand preferences, dietary needs etc.) This profile is NOT trip specific.
A payment authorization form is trip specific and REQUIRED to be on file for every trip.

Do you like booking trips yourself, but want the security and support of your LH World Travel Designer? Use these links to book direct with travel providers, and your LH World Travel Designer will still be able to support the booking and serve as your advocate and support you while you are in destination.
**Direct bookings MUST be made through these specific links in order to have the support of your Travel Designer.

A valid passport is REQUIRED for all international travel and a state issued REAL ID or certified birth certificate is REQUIRED for cruise travel if a passport is NOT available.
LH World Voyager-COMING SOON
This is the digital client/traveler portal where profiles can be created/updated, waiver, payment authorization forms submitted, and digital trip itineraries can be accessed. Current LH World Travelers will receive a link to access the portal once it is LIVE, January 1, 2027. Beginning January 1, 2027, ALL trip itineraries will be accessed through the NEW LH World Travel Voyager platform.
